You can now open a ticket at http://support.glumbouploads.com/ if you: have any questions about our service, want to report a bug or just want to speak with one of us.

Our ticket system is also hosted on a separate server so it will be up even if our main website or file servers go down. This new system will allow us to provide faster response times which, based on feedback after this change, you guys seem to appreciate.

Once again, we apologize the the extended downtime but we were suspended from our previous host so we had to make an emergency recovery. We have also changed our timezone in the database so your new uploads may appear below your old uploads but this will correct itself within a day. If there are any outstanding issues please report them.

We are working with the DC to get this issue resolved ASAP. We will update this post when this issue has been fixed.

Update: As of March 19th 2012 11:50 AM PST this problem has been fixed
