We have decided to raise the bandwidth limit for Premium members to unlimited. We had originally set a limit at 20GB/day but we feel that paying members should get unlimited bandwidth. We also added a new server today and more are on the way. The uploading problems will be solved ASAP.

We have implemented a new method of choosing which servers your files will be uploaded to. In the past,  your file would be uploaded to the server that had the longest time without an upload. This meant that uploads would cycle through all the servers sequentially which caused problems when one server had load spikes. [...]

We are currently experimenting with some different settings to reduce our load. We have had a hard time maintaining great service while providing the number of options we have been offering. None of the changes we make right now will be final as we need to see what will work.    

To provide the best service we have decided to make FTP Upload premium only. This change will remain until at least our server upgrade

We will have updates for everyone very soon. Old affiliates will be eligible for their payments even if they were rejected previously. We got a legal email concerning our service so we wanted to suspend the affiliate program until we made sure things were solved. We are adding a premium only file server very soon. [...]

If you purchased a premium account before January 28th 2012 then you will no longer be automatically billed every month (or whatever duration you purchased). Due to a human error, the files on one of our file servers have unfortunately been lost and cannot be recovered. We are sincerely sorry for the incident and will make sure something like this never happens again.
